Hi, I’m Nolan Schuetz, the founder of this shop with a passion for design, welding, and precision machining. My background is in marine engineering, where I worked on ships as an engineer and gained hands-on experience with complex mechanical systems and problem-solving under pressure. I’ve also spent years building and tuning performance cars, which sharpened my eye for precision and innovation. Today, I bring that same passion to machining, fabrication, and helping customers turn ideas into reality.

Whether it’s a one-off prototype, complex machining, or a full custom project, I take pride in delivering high-quality work with attention to detail. My goal is to combine craftsmanship with modern technology to provide reliable solutions and build lasting partnerships with every client.

When I’m not in the shop, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our dog. I also like to play guitar, hit the golf course, and keep busy with side projects that let me stay creative.

I’m Stoney Welborn, Co-Owner of Nostone Manufacturing. I’m a multifaceted business leader, entrepreneur, and manufacturing specialist with expertise in precision machining, staffing, consulting, and sales.

As Co-Owner of NoStone Manufacturing LLC, I lead sales and business development for high-precision CNC machining and custom fabrication of components used in the automotive, aerospace, and space exploration industries.

I have a diverse background spanning over 25 years in Hospitality, Manufacturing, and Employment Solutions for businesses of all sizes.

My background in operations, machining, sales, and marketing enables me to help organizations optimize workflows, reduce waste, strengthen teams, and accelerate sustainable growth.
